Public map data, downloaded

Pull the data behind any public web map — in seconds.

Paste the link to a public ArcGIS web map, app, or service. MapPull finds the data layers published behind it and hands you a copy of the ones you pick — as Shapefile, DXF, GeoJSON, or KMZ, clipped to your project area if you like. No digging through REST endpoints, no desktop GIS, no hours of setup.

Runs in your browser · public data only.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Just paste a link

A link to the web map or app is all you need. MapPull finds the data layers behind it and tells you which ones can be exported — no hunting for the service address.

  2. Step 2: Take only the area you're interested in

Draw a box and the layers you choose are limited to any feature that is within or intersects that box's extent. Each layer shows the count so you know the size before you download it.

  3. Step 3: Export in the format you choose

Shapefile, DXF, GeoJSON or KMZ, straight to your downloads folder. Shapefile and DXF keep the layer's own coordinate system, so they drop onto your drawing.

MapPull only ever copies public, openly shared data. A layer that needs a login or a token can't be exported — MapPull tells you and stops. Data you download stays subject to the terms of whoever published it.
